各市工程质量管理协会、有关建筑业协会、有关单位：
根据《辽宁省工程建设质量管理小组活动管理试行办法》(辽建协[2009]4号)文件规定，经各市推荐、审核发布、评委会审定，沈阳辰宇建设集团有限责任公司沈阳市疾控中心项目QC小组等106个QC小组荣获2017年度辽宁省工程建设优秀QC小组称号;大连宜华建设集团有限公司等5家企业荣获2017年度辽宁省工程建设QC小组活动优秀企业称号;大连宜华建设集团有限公司曲直等11人荣获2017年度辽宁省工程建设QC小组优秀推进者称号，现予表彰。(名单见附件1、2、3)
希望获奖单位、QC小组和个人，要再接再厉，为推动全省QC小组活动健康发展，提升质量管理创新能力做出新贡献。
